• A damages/losses deposit will be taken from you when you arrive at any event.

• this deposit is fully refundable when you check out as long as the following are adhered to:

make sure you check in and out of your yurt, squrt or cloudhouse:

• you must check out before you leave so we can check over your yurt, squrt or cloudhouse for loss or damage, this safeguards    both yourself and us.

• once you check out, the yurt, squrt or cloudhouse becomes our responsibility.

• If you need to check out late at night or early in the morning just let us know and we will be  there to assist you and check you  out.

• all furnishings must be in your yurt when you vacate it and be undamaged. If you do break or damage something let us know!

Yurt canvas is really hard if not impossible to clean! We would appreciate it if you:
do not hang muddy clothing from canvas roofs
We know its a pain but please don’t throw muddy canvas door flaps onto the roofs,  roll ‘em up and use the attached clips. Thanks!

We try to keep the cost of your experience as low as possible for you, to ensure we can continue to do so please leave your yurt, squrt or cloudhouse in a decent state :

• bag up your rubbish 
• use bin bags not the floor 
• do not have fires inside your yurt
• do not use camping stoves inside your yurt
• an un-carpeted space has been left inside you yurt for your boots and shoes, please use it.
• we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst you are staying in a yurt.
